Got my hair cut here, great service and reasonable prices. I also got my eyebrows done and I'll be back again to get them done
I only recommend men or women with short hair go here. They do not know how to cut bangs let alone wax eye brows. I recently went in to get a perm for big curls/spirals. Absolutely horrible! I consulted the next day with Hawaii instate for hair and a professional at Bellaviva only to find out that from both that my hair was not wrapped the proper way for a spiral big curl, they used oil on my hair right after perming which I guess is a big no no in the professional world. Then I asked them not to cut my bangs and then repeatedly during to not cut or perm my bangs. Well my bangs got permed and cut so ridiculously short that they stick straight up. Save yourself go to a REAL salon. I will be checking in to see if they are both even licensed or accredited to perform their services. Now it is costing me $235 to get my hair fixed by a professional.
So my usual lady to do my eyebrows is Joanna sweetest person ever! But when I went today she wasn't there. There was a new girl Michele and I thought why not give her a chance. At the rate she was going I started hating my own face and I'm not the type to complain, so I paid for my eyebrows and got into my car and started crying because i knew I couldn't fix them and today me and my husband are celebrating our one year anniversary... I just wanted things to be perfect. So if your getting your eyebrows done go to Joanna!!! Nobody else!!! :'(
Great experience here, had an eyebrow wax. Time and care is taken on each customer!! Would return here for other services.
