The new Ross in Ewa Beach offers an extensive, large inventory not commonly found in typical Ross stores. It was a pleasurable experience and bargains galore.
Went to the Ewa Store and we were serviced by a associate named Francine who was excellent. Wonderful customer service friendly and had a lot of refunds but did not make it look like it was a problem we talked and she made us feel so comfortable and wanted to shop more. Thanks for your time and giving that extra special service. People always want to complain but when we get good service we need to acknowledge and make people special for their hard work. So let's give positive feed back rather than always complaining .
They had a good amount of selection and I was happy about that. Only downside was it was messy
