The food was hot and delicious. Service was extremely professional and fast.
Seems like Pizzas are no longer inspected before they go out especially if you like delivery if you don't have a car like I do so you'll have to do it yourself when the driver pulls up to your house, also if you send too many complaints about your pizza coming out wrong they will refuse to deliver to your address anymore which is what happened in my case, I suppose they replaced it without question the first few times I ordered in the hope I'd shut my mouth about sloppy made pizzas but at least I know what they think of their customers now. When I worked for pizza hut in pearl city they gave me hell for sloppy thrown together pizzas and was told to remake and compensate customers I kept waiting too long but I made the mistake that this was the standards for every location.
I've gone to this pizza Hut five times and every time I get treated like trash the pizza it's self is good not great but the customer service is absolutely pathetic, I mean who treats there customers like that EVERY TIME!!! if I ask for sauce or anything they will grunt or role there eyes and it's not just one or two of the employees every single person that I see there. It's disgusting how they treat people.
I got an individual serving of marinara pasta and while the tray had plenty of space, they didnt even fill it half way. Very little amount of food was in there. Disappointing.
This store is worse ever when it comes to costumer service!!!
