No one answered the phone! My package from ups got given to my local USPS. I got the tracking number from UPS and USPS can't track it on their automated system nor will they answer my phone. The package got on island on 29 June and it's still not here. Typical Island Service. You truly pay for paradise by the incompetence of the basic service workers on the island.
I visit this post office almost daily due to owning a business. Josh and Ginger seem to be the two individuals always assisting me and they are awesome! Super friendly, because of their excellent customer service I now know how to send different items in different packaging to help save money. The always suggest cheaper ways and quicker ways for me to ship my packages. They are always friendly to my daughter who has also came with me to the post office since she was a baby and they are always giving her stickers and making her feel welcomed. I don't always feel that all of the clerks are as friendly but I continue to drive to Ewa Beach Post Office because of Josh and Ginger. Thanks you guys ♡

This post office is usually extremely wonderful. I go a lot and I am very familiar with the pricing. Ginger however makes it a very unpleasant experience. She quickly rings up packages and shoves them behind so you can’t see them. When asking questions about weight or charges she won’t answer and acts like it’s a huge burden. She won’t reweigh packages in front of you either. For someone spending a lot of money on sending packages she was very dismissive and made me feel like I was a an inconvenience. I’ll be avoiding her from now on.
Honestly a wonderful place. The costumer service there was great and answered all the question I had about shipping and prices. The room is very nice and has all the boxes and materials you need to ship right there for you.
