Poor customer service at this location though. The girl I spoke with avoided answering my questions and her boss blew me off as if my problem was fabricated.
Terrible experience!! I've bought from volcano for years and to be told theres nothing they can do is really disappointing. I went in to get a different mod. I told the sales associate I wanted one that was compatible with my tank. He tells me this one would be compatible I just needed to change out my coils/atomizer which I did when I got home. After changing out it still does not work. An error message appears on the screen and does not fire up. I go back wanting to exchange it for one that IS compatible and he tells me he can't cause it works with his tank. He then tells me I need to upgrade my tank. At this point i'm just beside myself. First of all I asked for one that was compatible with my tank now you tell me I have to upgrade to a newer tank. I left upset but will call corp. office to get some sort of resolution.
Most friendliest "Cheers"-like shop Volcanos there is on the island. Been to all of the locations and you can't beat coming in and getting the best customer service, friendliness, and care from Kawika and the staff at this location. No just buy, stop by and say hi. Imua Ewa Volcano Ohana
Management was very helpful and understanding. They handled the issues i had fairly quickly. I will continue to do business at this location.

Volcano is pretty convenient and have a big selection of juices. The prices are horrible for juices and coils. Save money and shop online if you can wait a few days for a shipment.
