Every time I go in a Starbucks, I would like to wash my hands but can't because every Starbucks has only one bathroom that seems forever occupied! Install a hand wash sink so we can simply wash our hands before eating or have hand sanitizer available.
730am 12/11. Wrong order! Told girl twice and still wrong. Especially being that its one of the slowest drive thrus.
I ordered a drink and had to wait 30 minutes. It was somewhat busy, so I was patient. So, I waited for it to be less busy and I became more impatient as more people were getting their drinks before I did. I finally asked the bartender and it was like they totally forgot about my order. In the end, all I got was an apology. At least provide something "complimentary" for such a long wait.
Ordered a venti Cafe Mocha and received a Grande. It was a 120 point free drink. Very disappointing!!!
Love most the staff but I start work at 4am and the opener can't seem to get there before the other staff does. I constantly see them stuck waiting out side. It's crazy because I either start work at 3 am or 4 am and when I start at 4 I like to get coffee but it's to much hassle at this point.
