Installed 2 bad alternators in my car, complete ripoffs!
Every time I go here to have my car serviced, I am pleased with the results. They always know what the problem is, they always have the right fix. They don't try to push some "unnecessary" problem that they just found. They make recommendations based on my priorities - cost, schedule, parts preference, etc. I moved to Ewa 9 years ago and these guys are my "go to" shop for any of my auto repair needs.
Avoid getting your vehicle service to this place. Worst customer service and very unprofessional people. I went to get a vehicle inspection and they failed me for having the windows tinted by a professional tint shop. The tint shop confirmed that the tint were authorized by Hawaii law. I went to get my inspection done at Lex Brodies and pass the inspection.
Knowledgeable staff, healthy fish, good selection
Even though Goodyear Ewa Beach failed to conduct the proper inspection, I was charge with the full amount for the inspection service. I tried to get a refund and the service writer plainly said absolutely not, rude and unprofessional. If all possible, avoid going to go to this place, it is a scam. Goodyear, the Oil shop and the Napa also owned and operated by the same owner. They have a monopoly in the area they think that they can overcharge and treat customer bad service.
I brought my car in for a safety check and I wanted them to look at a tire that had a slow leak. They were very friendly and helpful. The leak ended up being a large nail in the inner sidewall. They replaced the tire and performed the safety check quickly and well within my expectations. The people in the front cared about my car and me! Very rare! Thanks Jake !
