It was that time of year to get a safety check and the staff was polite and knew their jobs. They even had my safety check completed ahead of the time they said it would take.
You can eat at nearby restaurant while waiting.

I never had appointment but I was seen considerately
This is a joke of a business. They refuse to help even make a later appointment when they don't have room for you on the same day.
Appointment took a little longer but service was good. 29 point complimentry check was helpfull
The employees are nice. They will work with you.
Staff has no customer service skills and lack of aloha. Always give 5 hour wait time for a safety check @730 in the morning. I could go on but bottom line is avoid this location.
