The alarm system was all wireless, so installation was pretty darn quick and the installation was very professional. I was very impressed that a computer technician was able to install an alarm system.
The issue was resolved in about 30 minutes; I was actually billed for 30 minutes instead of the full hour. I was actually cool with the rate, but he said he was in the area anyway and did not see in me paying the full rate. If he were in town, it would be a different story. I was very thankful for his discounted price.
