Friendly but their computers were down, long wait and they switched the numbers on my SIM card. Had to go to another store and have them fix it.
Bad customer service and employees that don't know what they're doing. Make a long story short my phone wasn't charging so I went in to see if they could fix it. They said they couldn't so I ended up buying a new phone early which I payed around 300 bucks for (because I wasn't up for a upgrade) and 30 something dollars for tax on the new phone. So the next day I ended up looking up how to factory reset my phone and got it working again so I went to return my phone and get my money back since everything was back to normal. The employee returned the phone tax (the 30 something dollars) but wouldn't return the 300 for upgrading early. Any idiot would be smart enough to know a brand new galaxy s6 is worth more then 30 dollars so I asked him why he thought I would return it if I wasn't getting my 300 back. He told me there was no way to return my 300 dollars and even got his manager (some obese guy) who said the same thing. I called att from my old cell phone that is now working again in their parking lot and the representative I spoke to with customer service refunded my 300 in less then 5 minutes and advised me that this could have been done in the store and didn't need to call. I'm just wondering how many other people this has happened to? I now have to call att to handle everything because the employees at this location are to ignorant to do a simple job. I love my service with att but this location needs training for their management and employees.
Poor customer service. I added my daughter as an authorized user to my phone plan. She needed a smaller sim card for a new phone. She went in and they told her they needed my S.S. # to access the account. They then kept the old sim card and wouldn't give it to her until I came in. This left her with no phone to contact me. I understand being cautious but this phone hadn't been been reported as stolen and keeping only the Sim card on an unlocked phone is useless. They didn't offer to call me for her since my number is on the account. They just left her without a way to contact her parents. When I contacted AT&T it turns out she was an authorized user so they should have been able to switch sim cards and don't need my S.S. # to do it. We go to the AT&T store at the Kapolei mall who required nothing from me and helped her while I watched.
