Nice clean respectable place that has all the modern equipment in their gym, and a great pool area for the whole family. The price couldn't be better for the value you receive. They even have lots of classes for the kids including archery. What a wonderful thing that the Kroc family did for a wonderful organization. Salvation army does so much for the whole community.
The KROC Center's exercise equipment is so much better than 24 Hour Fitness! It's generally less busy and there is a lot less "gym-timidation" here.
The people that work there are very helpful and kind. When you have a question they explain with no problem. I will be a bell ringer for Christmas for the 4th year and am very proud and happy to help.
You should try it out! If you need a Personal Trainer, go with Fred. He is AMAZING! Helped me drop 60 pounds in 6 months. He makes you work for it, but it's a great feeling!
1 star is generous. If i could, Hands down 0 stars. Action Zone Wrestling was set to hold an event there, yet 2 weeks before the event they decide to pull out. I care not why they pulled out but it’s disrespectful to the talent and owners of AZW. Talent bought plane tickets and flew in to Hawaii for this event and now 2 weeks before, the company is scrambling for a new venue. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unforgivable
They close too early, especially on the weekends, but if you can adjust your schedule to theirs, it works.
I prefer the equipment here because nearly every machine has its own TV, so I can watch what I want.
Staff is great, classes are good and everything is kept very clean.
