I have been going here for many years and have received good care and mostly friendly service. The doctors are genuinely helpful and try there very best to help and keep me healthy and out of any kind of discomfort. Sorry for those of you who had a bad experience.
They refused me medical attention although they are my personal
care provider. The staff was condensing and figured if she talked slow and clearly that the rejection of medical attention would suffice.
I was assigned by the state to this doctor only to be turned away.
I'd give this place no stars if I could. Staff is incredibly rude, specifically Momi. I don't know what's her problem but she is very disrespectful. No hi, how are you, no smile, no communication, no nothing. I won't go in depth about what she said but I will say that she needs to learn how to treat patients. How she treated my boyfriend today was not the right way, especially being a first time patient there. There's a way to talk to people and although she's old enough to be my own Mother, no one deserves to be treated like that. We will not be coming here again. I would never want any of my family or friends to come here and experience what I had to witness.
I would not recommend this place and would give it no stars if possible.
