- Terrible experience, waste of time and money. I was so upset I almost walked out mid appointment. I found a much better doctor that actually cares about my concerns.
need to improve on how he does business. I received a bill that was 120 days overdue. when I contact doctors office to get information about the bill. I was informed that they change building companies and the previous company was not doing their job. I informed the secretary that I never received a bill for a call. To clear up the issue. They were about to ruin my credit for an amount that under fast 25 dollars .
I went to see Dr. Fletcher in spite of all the bad reviews I read. I have to agree with all the bad reviews:
- Though I didn't express terrible knee pain, or request pain medication, he prescribed me prescription strength pain medication.
!!! BOTTOM LINE: THE DOCTOR DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CONCERNS, HE IS ONLY LOOKING TO FIND WAYS TO CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS YOU DON'T NEED.
I Haven't been able to drag my husband into a Dr for over a decade, and not only did he go to his initial appointment with Dr Fletcher, but also went back for all follow ups without complaints. All around a wonderful Doctor and we are so lucky to have found him.
- Dr. Fletcher didn't seem to really care about my concerns and went against what I had requested. I needed a doctors note for light duty because of my knee pain, and wanted a referral to an orthopedic specialist. He insisted I see him after a useless x-ray that would have revealed nothing as my injury is a torn PCL/cartilage damage.
On a side note, the nurses there are fantastic. They're nice and carrying and seem to love their job. The doctor, not so much.
Best Dr I have ever been to !!. Has found and treated problems I have had overlooked for the last 10 years with over 15 other doctors. Feels like he cares for you as his patient, and actually enjoys his job.
- Dr. Fletcher completely disregarded any of my previous medical records from the Army, even though it was a clear diagnosis of a torn PCL.
- I came in seeking a physical therapy/orthopedic referral for a pre-diagnosed knee injury (torn PCL) and chronic heartburn.
- Dr. Fletcher ordered unnecessary procedures for an initial appointment: A circulation test and EKG, I'm a healthy 30 year old, recently passed a Military Flight Physical, I don't see the point of the additional tests. I ended up paying a total co-pay of $65 out of pocket for an initial appointment. I wasn't even told ahead of time that the additional tests would cost me $40 out of pocket. Further the nurse kept insisting that she shave my chest for the EKG, I could tell she was under some kind of pressure to ensure the EKG be done.
Had a pleasant experience with Dr. Fletcher being it was my first time. He actually reduced meds from my last doctor and helped me out with diet change.
Had 4 visits with him. If you're sick, he wants to put you and your family on Tamiflu, even when you haven't tested positive for the flu. He rushed through reports and references, screwing up most information multiple times. He screwed up two of my blood tests, and lost one of my results for my blood tests. He often rushes you out of the office with a quick diagnosis without any check ups. You can go back in and he has no idea what he saw you for the previous visit. Office is unsanitary, my first visit there was a crap left in the toilet when I went to pee in a cup. Extremely bad physician, do not recommend. If you get him through HMSA, request for another primary physician. Long waits and bad performance. One star from me.
- They overbooked, I waited an hour before I was seen by the Nurse for my scheduled appointment. I spent a total of 2 hours there for an initial intake appointment, but probably only seen the doctor for about 10 minutes.
